                三乙醇胺对沸石湿法却心念坚定超细粉碎效果的影响

                简介:摘要:助磨剂对粉体的超细粉碎起着重要的作用。本文对三乙醇胺对4A沸石超细粉碎的影响规律进行了研究。结果表明,三乙醇胺对4A沸石的超细粉碎效果明显,最优用量为沸石的0.4%。在球料比为4:1,料浆质量分数为55.5%,三乙醇胺的用量为0.4%的条件下累积研磨3h。所得4A沸石样品腰的粒度分布为d50=1.42μm,d97=2.91μm。
